1. BlueSky Aviation Academy (“Institute”) is an educational institution and does not provide any job guarantee and/or job orientation to the students.
  2. The fees paid by the students to the Institute for any course are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  3. Fee can be paid in a lump sum or in installments. Provided that in case of payment by way of EMI, the first installment is to be paid before the commencement of the training and the remaining installments are to be paid by the account holder post-dated check drawn in favor of the Institute, self-admitted.
  4. A student opting to pay the fee for any course by way of installments, confirms and undertakes to pay the full fee without assigning any reason, even if the student discontinues the training course for any reason whatsoever. Does. If a student leaves training in the middle of the course, that seat will remain vacant for the rest of the academic session, adversely affecting the financial position of the institute.
  5. The Institute will present only post-dated checks on the due dates of installments of fees. In the event of dishonor of post-dated checks provided by the student and/or their guardians/parents, the check bounce charges will be borne by the student and/or their guardians/parents. Failure to pay the fees by the due date the student will result in the levy of 18% interest on the outstanding amount from the due date till recovery.
  6. The Institute may take legal action in respect of non-payment of fees by the student and/or their guardians/parents including but not limited to proceedings under the provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
  7. Any concern raised by the parents that the admission counselors or someone in the branch/center or customer service did not properly inform/guide them about the courses and/or the terms and conditions will not be considered by the institute. The parents/guardians of the students also have an equal responsibility to read the terms and conditions thoroughly before making any fee payment for admission so that they can take an independent admission decision. Parents/Students are free to ask any queries or doubts before the admission process. Please be informed that after admission, such complaint or representation will not be entertained by the Institute nor can it be used as an excuse for a refund or additional waiver.
  8. The Institute also reserves the right to exclude a student from the Institute for disciplinary offenses, non-payment of fees, or inadequate attendance or performance in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Institute concerned.
  9. If the student is not satisfied with the quality and transmission of classes, then the student will complain to the management of the institute, and such a problem will be rectified with immediate effect.
  10. The batch transfer is not allowed. In special cases, if permitted, the student will have to pay the required transfer fee to the institute.
  11. The Institute reserves the right to make any changes and/or amendments to the terms and conditions of admission at any time without any prior notice. In addition, the Institute reserves the right to change the syllabus, course structure, and rules related to admission, fee structure, practicals, and examinations. The details may be revised from time to time for academic, regulatory, and operational reasons. The students will be governed by the latest rules applicable to them during the respective batch/course.
  12. Students are required to inform the Institute about any change in their contact details including Permanent Address / Temporary Address / PG Address, Mobile Number and Email-ID at any time to update the records of the Institute.
  13. The Institute may compulsorily submit any certificates or education documents before or at the time of admission or after, for the purpose of admission or otherwise, as may be decided by the Institute.
  14. The student undertakes/certifies that the documents submitted by him/her are original/genuine and not fake to the best of his knowledge. If found otherwise, the student’s fee will be forfeited and separate legal action will be taken by the Institute under the relevant provisions of the law before the appropriate court of the concerned jurisdiction.
  15. The Institute reserves the right to cancel the admission if the student fails to submit the relevant documents or otherwise.
  16. The institute will charge a reasonable fee for various facilities like reappearance/backlog etc. as prescribed from time to time and the student will be liable to make the payment without any objection or protest.
